Product roadmap
High-level phases for Iran Hub Projects—what we are working toward and how we think about order of work. This page is intentionally non-technical: no infrastructure details, credentials, or internal-only information.
The roadmap follows the same north star as our mission & inspiration: a practical directory for reconstruction-related initiatives—aligned with the spirit of Iran Prosperity Project as an independent product, not an official program of any external organization.
Vision
A structured, trustworthy public directory for reconstruction-related initiatives in Iran—so ideas and projects are easier to discover and compare. Listing here does not mean endorsement, funding, or legal/financial advice.
- 01
Phase 1 — Foundation & directory MVP
CurrentEstablish the core loop: submit an idea, go through moderation, and—when approved—appear in the public directory. Owners can upgrade to richer project detail when ready.
- Idea and project stages with clear fields; “quality” reflects completeness for the stage, not investment merit.
- Moderation (automated checks and human review when needed), user reports, and admin controls for public listing.
- Structured industries and Iran-wide city selection with searchable pickers.
- Sign-in with email/password or Google; industry-standard session security.
- Cover images through normal uploads; optional automatic stock imagery when the product is configured for it.
- 02
Phase 2 — Experience & operations
PlannedImprove clarity and day-to-day operations so builders finish submissions and your team spends less time on repetitive questions.
- Stronger onboarding and in-flow guidance for first-time submissions.
- Clearer feedback when moderation or listing status changes.
- Browse and filter improvements as the directory grows.
- Clear, honest messaging when optional features (e.g. media) are unavailable.
- 03
Phase 3 — Differentiation & measured scale
ExploratoryIntroduce a higher-trust tier and selective expansion only where the product clearly needs it—without turning the site into a social network or a fund.
- Define and communicate a “Verified” (or equivalent) tier: criteria, process, and what is still not guaranteed.
- Additional transparency features for the directory as demand grows.
- Optional partner-facing capabilities only if scope and trust model justify them.
Out of scope
Crowdfunding or holding funds; promising investment outcomes; replacing professional legal or tax advice. The directory is for discovery and transparency, not deal execution.
